No June Circle; The next Reiki Circle will be on Thursday 07/10/08. The format will be a short opening discussion, followed by a centering meditation and sending distant Reiki to those in need. Then on to hands-on for each other! Each Practitioner gets a chance on the Reiki table. The format will be a short opening discussion, followed by a centering meditation and sending distant healing to those in need. Then on to hands-on for each other! Each Practitioner gets a chance on the table. Open to Reiki Practitioners and Practitioners of other healing modalities. If you have no experience, don't worry! Haven't practiced your Reiki in awhile? Not feeling confident? A little fuzzy on the symbols? Suzanne offers Reiki Brush-up classes in Levels I and II. Come re-acquaint yourself with the Life Force Energy, and receive a re-attunement to strengthen your connection to the Source of Reiki. Manual and practice time included; 3 to 4 hours depending on # of students.

Crystal Healing class - TBA , noon - 5pm - $40
Many of you have had the pleasure of meeting Lorraine, the Reiki Master from Staten Island with the background in crystals. She will be offering a 2nd crystal workshop at Innergize in Colts Neck (#29 Rt 34N, Ste 201, near the intersections of Rts 34 & 537.) Snacks, tea & water will be provided, and we will break to go out for lunch. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing as we will be doing crystal meditations and healings. Please also bring a notebook or journal to take notes and record your experiences. The fee for the class is $40, cash or check payable to Lorraine Pickering. Please RSVP to Suzanne at 732-688-6448. Come learn the Japanese Art of inviting happiness, to reduce stress and help bring healing to yourself & others.
